Will Legendary Trails be a gated community?

Yes! The ornamental custom gates are already in place. They will be operational at a later date as the residents of Legendary Trails increase and construction nears completion.

Are there any ammenities or activities in connection with Legendary Trails?

And for a limited time, all who purchase in Legendary Trails will recieve a FREE golf membership valued at $15,000! This includes the initiation fee and the first year of dues paid in full!
